Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a BCBA to join our in-center team in Texas. You will set individualized goals with families after assessment and deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a child-centered environment, supervising RBTs to ensure compassionate care.

You’ll collaborate with families to track progress, participate in peer collaboration and professional development, and take advantage of mentorship and certification bonuses as you advance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.
• Experience with CentralReach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment, using play-based strategies where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.

Education
