Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-center ABA therapy for autistic children. The role emphasizes compassionate care, small caseloads, and collaboration with families, clinical leadership, and a strong culture of learning and teamwork.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work toward advancement along a clear clinical leadership path across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment using play-based strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
