Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking licensed BCBA clinicians to join our team in the Orange County area. You will conduct assessments, design individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise staff to ensure evidence-based practice.

Full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and ongoing supervision and CEUs are provided. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
