Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and ensure high-quality patient care in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Licensed BAC? in NC (LBA in NC).
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
• Experience in patient care settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with special education principles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
