Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Charlotte, NC to provide high‑quality behavioral therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on assessments, data‑driven interventions, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You will develop and monitor individualized plans, supervise staff, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while staying current with field research and best practices.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• LBA in the state of NC.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
