Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking highly skilled BCBAs dedicated to improving the lives of autistic individuals. We emphasize a family-centered approach, partnering closely with caregivers to tailor highly individualized goals and plans.

The position offers flexible schedules, comprehensive medical/vision/dental benefits, a 401k, and 3 weeks of PTO for full-time employees. Prior BCBA certification and ABA experience with children 0-21 are preferred, with ongoing training and caregiver coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• 1+ year ABA experience working with children 0-21 (RBT experience acceptable for new BCBAs).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments; identify goals and design plans.
• Implement strategies and monitor progress.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training (preferred).
