Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support autistic children and families with individualized ABA plans. You will implement interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0-21; RBT time acceptable for newly certified BCBAs.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments and designing plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
