Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking highly skilled BCBAs who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of autistic individuals. We collaborate closely with families to create highly individualized ABA goals and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0–21 (RBT acceptable for newly certified BCBAs).
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, setting goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and identify goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA plans and strategies.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training when needed.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure individualized goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
