Job summary

Proud Moments ABA invites BCBA clinicians to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a supportive clinical structure and flexible schedules to balance work and life.

You’ll lead targeted ABA interventions, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to translate assessments into effective treatment plans. We provide robust benefits, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a collaborative multi-tiered team, combining the resources of a larger organization with local care team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision and training of our growing team.
• Maintain pace with sessions, including physical activity and handling children aged 2–15.
