Qualifications

BCBA certification is required.
Maryland LBA licensure is required.
Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Reliable vehicle for travel between assignments and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Design treatment plans of care.
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
Supervise and train ABA technicians and implement progress of behavior support plans.
Provide guidance to families to help them understand assessment results and recommendations.
Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
