Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We serve center, home, and school-based settings, and support the growth of staff to deliver high-quality ABA care.

Responsibilities include intake evaluations, treatment plan design, supervising technicians, and providing family guidance. Travel of up to 25% is required. A valid BCBA and ASD experience are essential. We offer strong back-office support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate.
• Experience with children/teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Driver’s license and vehicle for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of ABA technicians.
• Develop behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
• Train ABA technicians and supervise implementation.
• Explain assessment results and recommendations to families.
• Record data and provide progress summaries.
