Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring BCBAs to join a compassionate, child-centered team delivering ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. This full-time/part-time role offers meaningful impact, balanced caseloads, and strong administrative support with leadership that listens.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field required (ABA preferred).
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
