Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBA clinicians to make a meaningful impact in in-home, school, and community settings across Arizona. We offer flexible schedules, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering compassionate, child-centered ABA services.

This role includes a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus, weekly pay, and full-time or part-time positions. A Master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required, with LBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• LBA certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
