Qualifications

• Currently a BCBA certified by the BACB or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based programming based on client data.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct communication with all treatment team members.
• Perform intake and recurring assessments for clients.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication
