Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Previous ABA experience is necessary.
• Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Provide support to families regarding behavior management.
