Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise clients with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with families and professionals to implement evidence-based ABA strategies and monitor progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for professional development, and you will supervise RBTs and train families while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide parent training
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
