Job summary

ABA Achievers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a contract role with flexible scheduling. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop intervention plans, and train families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and licensure, with experience in ABA or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and required state licensure.
• Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee and support paraprofessionals.
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies.
