Great Gains ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA credential and be actively certified.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsabilités
