Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians or staff is preferred.
• Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored interventions.
• Design, implement and monitor behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and training to staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and plans.
• Lead team meetings to review progress and adjust interventions.
• Ensure programs meet ethical and legal standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in behavior analysis.
