Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Greensboro, NC team. This full-time role offers opportunities to lead ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to drive meaningful client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
