ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our passionate, clinician-led team in Durham, NC. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with assessments and ABA program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
