Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA services. This full-time, remote role includes quarterly travel opportunities and a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with bonus opportunities. You design personalized ABA plans, assess progress, and mentor technicians.

collaborate with families to set goals, maintain a manageable caseload, and stay current with the latest ABA research. Arizona residency is preferred for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for guiding colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans delivering measurable outcomes.
