The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBA qualified clinicians in Arizona, offering a competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. A sign-on bonus up to $20K is available for qualified LBAs, with a 25-billable caseload and a hybrid schedule that includes work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required with Arizona LBA where applicable.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise.
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work.
