Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care across in-centers and in-home settings. You will design and implement ABA plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families, with a hybrid schedule including 1-2 WFH days.

We offer a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus monthly bonuses, up to $20K sign-on, student loan repayment, a 3-week fully paid Sabbatical after 36 months, and comprehensive benefits.
