Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking fully-remote/hybrid BCBAs in Arizona to deliver high-quality ABA services with support and flexibility. The role offers a base salary of $90K–$110K plus monthly bonus opportunities, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs, and a sabbatical after 36 months.

Design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, partner with families, and manage a hybrid caseload.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care.
• Adaptable and driven, comfortable in clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans.
• Conduct assessments and track progress.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid caseload: mix of in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
