Jobot is seeking a licensed BCBA in a hybrid role spanning home, clinic, and telehealth settings in Columbus, OH. The position offers a balanced caseload, clinical leadership opportunities, and substantial growth potential within the organization.

You will supervise staff, train families, and maintain 25–30 billable hours weekly, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and flexibility to adjust caseloads by client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification.
• Active state licensure as required by Ohio regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of approximately 10–14 clients depending on region.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Provide parent training and ongoing consultation with families.
• Maintain approximately 25–30 billable hours per week, depending on region.
