Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (GA)
• Active GA LBA license
• Residence in GA or within 50 miles
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in hybrid in-home + remote environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small client caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Ensure timely documentation and treatment planning
• Collaborate with families to maintain consistency of care
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements
