Job summary

BBIC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our Oregon practice serving families in homes, schools, and community settings.

This full-time hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, mentorship from a Clinical Director, and an established caseload with support from Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities include developing ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising staff, caregiver training, and collaborating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Oregon Behavior Analyst license.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• At least one year of experience practicing as a certified BCBA.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and completing clinical reports.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and caregiver training.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and applicable auto insurance.
• Ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established caseload and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments, and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and aspiring BCBAs.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation.
• Maintain availability to meet client needs and applicable supervision requirements.
