Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a balanced caseload, supervise clinical staff, and support families. This hybrid, Monday–Friday daytime role offers flexibility between home, clinic, and telehealth work depending on client needs.

The BCBA will oversee a caseload of approximately 10–14 clients, develop ABA treatment plans, and supervise staff, with 25–30 billable hours weekly and opportunities for leadership growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification and any required state licensure

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of approximately 10–14 clients, depending on region
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers
• Provide parent training and ongoing consultation with families
• Maintain approximately 25–30 billable hours per week, depending on the specific region
