Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team. You will oversee clinical programming, assess clients, and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role includes supervision of RBTs, collaboration with families, and ensuring compliance with state and insurance requirements. A master’s degree and GA BCBA are required, with 1+ year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA LBA licensure.
• Residence in GA or within 50 miles.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
