Job summary

The role offers hybrid flexibility with up to 50% telehealth, no required Saturday work, and a comprehensive onboarding program plus ongoing CEUs. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $93,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Criminal background check, TB test and pre-employment physical required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for your caseload, designing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers to ensure fidelity.
• Partner with families to drive progress and coach parents on strategies.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs while tracking outcomes.
