Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a licensed BCBA for a full-time hybrid role (in-clinic plus remote). You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure eligibility to practice in NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
