You will lead a team of technicians, conduct data-driven assessments, and participate in ongoing professional growth through CEUs and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a compassionate approach.
• Adaptable and driven to thrive in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians and support staff.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
