Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to design and implement naturalistic ABA for young children in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers to develop integrated treatment plans using ESDM-informed strategies.

The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site clinical duties and one work-from-home day per week, plus potential for more depending on center needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree required in ABA or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
ABA early intervention experience.
Background in child development preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for 2–6-year-olds in a center-based setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and plans.
Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
Partner with families with clear guidance and compassionate communication.
Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
