Zusammenfassung

Soar Autism Center is hiring BCBA-level clinicians to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA in a center setting for children aged 2–6. You will work with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical staff in a collaborative care model, applying ESDM principles with strong clinical leadership support.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with some remote work, a robust onboarding program, and clear pathways for clinical growth into leadership and specialized roles.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with ABA early intervention is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement naturalistic ABA for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
