Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical outcomes and mentor RBTs across centers in Illinois. You will shape individualized treatment plans, coach staff, and drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

Compensation includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a salary of $80,000–$89,000, annual bonus potential up to $11,400, and a $1,000 CE stipend, with a flexible hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Illinois.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with RBTs and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6-8 clients with a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Develop and implement functional assessments and evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends, monitor fidelity, and adjust programming based on progress.
• Offer parent coaching and collaborate with families for consistency across settings.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical discussions.
