Succeed ABA Indiana is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead and supervise behavioral therapists, design ABA curriculum plans, and generate data-driven improvements for children on the autism spectrum. You’ll review reports, train parents, and collaborate with a program manager to maintain high-quality cases in-home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and client progress.
• Communicate with parents regularly.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Suggest incorporation of individualized goals into family routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.
