Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a starting salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year and a relocation package up to $15,000.

You will design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions, with growth opportunities across clinical leadership and QA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
