Job summary

Headrise ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. You will assess, design treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• New Jersey LBA license preferred, may become required.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
