Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA in New Jersey to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, design and adjust treatment plans, and train families, all while maintaining thorough data records and ethical practice.

Earn $75–$100 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling including in-person, remote, or hybrid options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license in New Jersey preferred and may be required soon.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed
