Job summary

Headrise AVA in New Jersey is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism on a part-time basis. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating with families to support progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling (in person/remote/hybrid) and a $500 sign-on bonus, with compensation ranging from $75 to $100 per hour based on experience and caseload.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license issued by NJ preferred (will be required soon).
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed
