Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time remote role across multiple states. You will lead home-based ABA programs, design ethical treatment plans, and supervise staff while partnering with families for training and ongoing support.

The role requires an active BCBA, NJ LBA eligibility, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and at least 6 months of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• New Jersey LBA eligibility upon hire.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 6 months of hands-on ABA experience.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Ability to design, implement, and adjust treatment plans effectively.
• Experience supervising and mentoring team members in a clinical setting.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build trust with families and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide home-based ABA programs.
• Design and implement ethical, tailored treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Provide hands-on ABA training to staff and caregivers.
• Partner with families through parent training and ongoing support.
• Manage clinical documentation and insurance authorizations.
• Interpret assessments like VB-MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS to guide care.
