Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming on a center-based team with hybrid flexibility. This full-time position offers meaningful clinical collaboration and data‑driven decision making to help children progress.

You will oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families and other providers, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data‑driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, & high‑quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.
