Get Set ABA is seeking experienced BCBAs in the Greater Baltimore area. The role involves driving meaningful progress for children with autism and coordinating with families for effective treatment plans.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure data-driven adjustments while maintaining compliance and documentation. Flexible hybrid schedules support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
