Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. We offer full‑time or part‑time roles with sign‑on and relocation bonuses, and a strong back‑office support system to minimize administration time.

Travel up to 25% between assignments is required; valid BCBA certification and experience with ASD are essential.

Qualifications

Valid BCBA Certificate.
Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Design treatment plans of care.
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
