ABA Centers of Connecticut in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Starting rate is $95–$115k, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. A relocation package up to $15k is available.

The BCBA will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs and mentor RBTs, with growth opportunities across leadership and clinical paths. A strong focus on providing high-quality care and measurable outcomes is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process before start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments to determine need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
