Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Connecticut to oversee clinical processes for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will develop individual Behavior Intervention Plans and supervise Behavior Technicians. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data collection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Analyze client progress data and adjust programs as necessary
• Conduct parent training for skill generalization
