Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LBA state license in North Carolina (or eligible for immediate licensure).
• 1–2 years of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical management software.
• Strong interpersonal communication, leadership and client-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developmental evaluations to design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision, training and coaching to RBTs to ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Lead parent training sessions to equip caregivers with practical strategies.
• Monitor client progress data and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with daycare staff, educators and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and comply with BACB guidelines and state regulations.
