Job summary

Priorities is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the United States, North Carolina, Jacksonville, to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. The role requires BCBA certification (or exam within three months) and at least two years of experience with autism, with a strong emphasis on assent-based, person-centered care and family partnership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or expect to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

• Bonus if you have an interest in research (functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
