Job summary

Jobot is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for center-based roles across multiple clinic locations in California. This full-time role offers a lucrative base salary and strong clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience in a center-based/clinic setting preferred.
• Strong background in early intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Hands-on, in-person care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee and supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training and support.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families and provide parent/caregiver training.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.
